The payout queue is global and unique for all packages. It operates on the FIFO model (First In, First Out): whoever requests the withdrawal first, receives first. No privileges, no queue jumping. The queue is publicly visible on the blockchain.
If at the time of the request there is insufficient balance in the pool, the participant waits in the queue without losing their position. As new deposits feed the pool, payments are automatically processed in order.
